TTESPL has an integrated Design Studio with the facilities for Design Development, Building Information Modeling, 2D Drafting & Documentation, Collaboration & Project Management through modern Information Technology Tools & 3D Visualization. Out of these 3D Visualization support is extended to other Design Studios as an outsourced service. TTESPL.

PEOPLE

Ar. Rajeev K Singh

Rajeev is a graduate in Architecture from University of Roorkee, one of India’s leading institutes. Rajeev brings 10 years experience in Architecture, 3-Dimensional Rendering and Animations with Hirsch/Bender Associates, CES etc. His creative flair and architectural training enable him to effectively direct Transcend Technical & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.

Ar. Awanish Rathaur

Ar. Awanish Rathaur is an Architecture Graduate from I.I.T. Roorkee. The passion for architecture and creative ventures developed in him since early. His source of enjoyment relies in the satisfaction he gets from artistic ventures. His creative affairs started to live in a steel city were he spent his childhood days looking at five huge blast furnace chimneys burning their lungs out day and night. He schooled at Bokaro Steel City, a Township developed in the early sixties for Asia’s Largest Steel Plant. Apart from the bliss that he derived from his imaginative ventures, he had an equal and deep interest in mathematics and scientific phenomena.

After completing his senior secondary education he was selected for Fighter Pilot Training at NDA. But he chose to live his passion. Almost as a natural process he landed up in the Architecture Department of University of Roorkee; where the race to earn grades never defeated his desire for innovation that fed his heart and soul.
He got himself associated to a reputed Delhi Firm after graduation and became an associate in the organization in a mere two years’ time by virtue of dedication & his obsession for work. He saw through this firm win a number of reputed projects and design them from reputed clients like Kimaya, Ayamik, Unitech, Somany, Liberty & One Style Mile-A fashion high street. He also helped in several design tasks involving tourism development & restoration projects in and around Qutub Minar Complex in Mehrauli.

His mathematical abilities & adventurous instinct to take risks paved his way to become a part of the growth story of an Infrastructure Design & Development Company. Since then he has been developing some of the out of the box concepts & ideas while designing an versatile array of projects and also looking most of them through to actualization helped by the Turnkey & Retail Execution wing of TTESPL. He loves his work and ever sets himself on a thing he can enjoy doing.

The three qualities that mark him are his Creative Instinct, Love for Science & Obsession for the work that he loves to do.

Ar. Atul Sharma

Architect, Entrepreneur & Technologist. He brings in the essence of Technology which makes the Art & Science of Architecture perfect.
